Rob MacKenna, General Manager James Jones & Sons, joined PEFC at the RIAS Live event on Friday which was held at Dynamic Earth in Edinburgh.
Rob attended the event on behalf of the Trust UK C16 Timber Campaign, a collaboration run by the UK's three largest sawmillers to help highlight the importance of UK timber in construction. With demand for low-carbon materials growing, it’s more important than ever to champion sustainable, UK-grown timber.
Hosted by The Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland, RIAS Live is the single largest annual gathering for architects in Scotland, and an opportunity to bring people together to discuss how architects can use and develop their skills, and be a key part of Scotland’s future as a green, resilient and healthy nation.
