2016 sees the Festival of Architecture take place all over Scotland. As part of the Festival there is a Pop-up City Expo,

The festival was sponsored by Wood for Good, and featured pavilions from five cities - Dundee, Bergen, Rotterdam, Vilnius and Edinburgh. The Edinburgh pavilion was designed by KonishiGaffney Architects in Edinburgh and is based on an origami design of two pyramids placed back to back. James Jones & Sons was delighted to be able to help with the project by supplying a the home grown timber frame material from our KIrriemuir and Lockerbie Mills. Russwood supplied the cladding.

The Expo is located at the bottom of The Mound in Edinburgh and is open until July 17th.
