Confor (Confederation of Forest Industries UK) held a three day event for retired / former military personnel, allowing them to see all aspects of the forestry supply chain, from forest establishment through to timber processing and the wide range of career opportunities the industry offers.
Our Lockerbie site hosted the group as part of the event where they were given a presentation on Group operations and a tour of the sawmill.
