James Jones & Sons recently took part in the 'Future in the Field' event hosted by DYW at Dipple Farm, Fochabers. Our team from Mosstodloch helped showcase the forest industry with much appreciated help from Forestry and Land Scotland and Forres Tree Services.
All eight Morayshire secondary schools had the opportunity to come and see our industry, chat to those involved and also to get hands on with some of the technology and tools of the trade. As well as representation from the forestry industry, there were stands to showcase farming, rural based engineering, animal nutrition and veterinary amongst others. The event was well attended with lots of interest from pupils and teachers.
