The Board of Directors are launching a new internal innovation award.
We invite everyone within the company to come forward with any ideas which could improve the performance of the business. The entry can be from individuals or could be a collaborative team entry.
We will welcome all ideas, no matter how big or small. Sometimes the smallest or seemingly obvious idea can have the biggest cumulative beneficial impact to the business. This is an opportunity to tap into your entrepreneurial spirit and unlock your creativity.
The ideas could cover any aspect of the company’s operations:
- New products
- New ways of marketing / distributing our products
- Improvements to the efficiency of any part of our operations
- New business ideas
- Ways in which the company could reduce its energy consumption
Anyone with an idea should complete the form below outlining the suggestion by 1st March 2022. Entries will then be shortlisted and you will be invited to chat through your idea in greater detail.
Cash prizes will be awarded to the best judged entries.
